Why one accountable team beats a patchwork of suppliers
When design lives with one supplier and joinery with another, tolerances drift. Stone gets templated before walls are true. Lighting is drawn without knowing where cabinets fix. We keep concept, technical documentation, and fabrication under one roof so what we draw is what we build—and what we build is what we install.
Clients still bring their own builder or MEP engineer where the brief requires it; we coordinate rather than compete. The difference is a single point of contact who owns the joinery programme and speaks the same language on site.
Stage 1: Listen and survey
Every project starts with how you actually live or work—not only inspiration images. We visit site, measure structure, note services routes, estate access, and finish level. For a Randburg kitchen that means appliance zones and scullery logic; for a Parkmore boardroom it means circulation, brand presence, and cable density at each seat.

Stage 2: Design and quote

Stage 3: Workshop build
Cabinetry, feature walls, reception desks, and bespoke furniture are fabricated at 35 Koster Street, Booysens. Prefabrication controls edge quality, hardware alignment, and pre-wiring for LED strips before modules reach your home or office.
Workshop build also protects site programme: less dust, fewer emergency revisions, and labelled modules that install in sequence. Our Sany workspace and Boundless boardroom projects both relied on this—large elements assembled off site, then fitted in controlled installation windows.
Stage 4: Install and handover
Installation follows a sequenced snag list: carcasses, services connections, stone templating where applicable, final styling, and client walkthrough. We communicate milestones so you know when kitchens are weathertight, when stone is measured, and when final connections happen.
Handover includes care instructions, warranty clarity, and a follow-up visit for small adjustments. Turnkey does not end at the ribbon—it ends when you are comfortable using the space daily.

Timelines and what to prepare before you enquire
Lead times vary by scope: a focused joinery package may run several weeks after drawing approval; full home renovations span months once wet trades are included. Share your address, target move-in or opening date, and a short wish list—we will recommend phasing if budget or programme needs it.
