Petrol Blue Kitchen

Luxury modern kitchen with petrol blue cabinetry, white quartz counters, and glass-front storage—Fourways, Johannesburg

Fourways renovation with super-matte petrol blue cabinetry, white quartz counters, subway tile splashback, and glass-front storage for a bright modern kitchen.

The brief

The clients wanted a statement kitchen that felt calm and gallery-like for their Fourways home, with integrated appliances and minimal visual clutter.

The challenge

The existing layout under-used wall space and appliance zones competed for attention in an open-plan living area.

Our approach

We specified super-matte petrol blue joinery with soft-close hardware, sleek bar pulls, white subway tile splashback, and continuous planes so the room reads as one sculptural volume.

Location

Fourways, northern Johannesburg—family entertaining and high traffic between kitchen and living zones.

The result

A brighter, easier-to-clean kitchen aligned to daily cooking and entertaining, with storage and workflow tuned to the household.

Materials & finishes

Super-matte petrol blue cabinetry, white quartz-style worktops, subway tile splashback, integrated oven and hob with stainless chimney hood, glass-front wall cabinet, and brushed metal bar hardware.

Measured outcome

A calm, gallery-like kitchen that reads as one sculptural volume—easier to clean, brighter to live in, and tailored to how the household cooks and entertains.

“Bongani and his team did a great job. The quality in the production is impeccable and he was very creative and exceeded our expectations.”
