Durable POS and shelving were needed for high-volume bottle stores across Gauteng. Moisture, knocks, and heavy stock cycles at peak trading hours punish weak edges and underspecified shelf spans on busy floors.
The interior had to photograph for brand, then survive daily restocking: multi-station checkout, illuminated undercounter spirits, and a slatted timber feature wall that still left room for back-of-counter storage.
Moisture-tolerant carcasses and impact-resistant edges were cut in Booysens so the same detail could repeat across sites. Timber-slatted POS cladding, service tops, and lighting-ready glass-front bays left the workshop as one pack.
Shelf spans were tuned to bottle weights before install. That keeps high-volume runs from sagging and lets staff restock without fighting the joinery during trading hours on a live floor.
