The Valley Cellar—a Blue Bottle Platinum member store—needed a turnkey retail interior that balanced premium product display, fast customer flow, and durable joinery for daily restocking across wine, spirits, and chilled categories.
The shell had to integrate commercial refrigeration, glass-front premium bays, a service counter, and extensive wall shelving without feeling cluttered, while aligning with Blue Bottle brand standards and high foot-traffic durability.
We designed and installed custom joinery from our Booysens workshop: floor-to-ceiling display shelving with integrated LED strips, vertical timber slat feature walls, glass-front premium spirits cabinets, a timber-slatted checkout counter, and coordinated refrigeration zones with tuned shelf spans for bottle weights.
