Turnkey Blue Bottle Platinum liquor store fit-out: custom display shelving, timber slat walls, glass-front spirits cabinets, and a coordinated checkout and refrigeration layout.
The Valley Cellar—a Blue Bottle Platinum member store—needed a turnkey liquor interior that balanced premium product display, fast customer flow, and joinery that could take daily restocking across wine, spirits, and chilled categories.
The shell had to integrate commercial refrigeration, glass-front premium bays, a service counter, and wall shelving without clutter, while aligning with Blue Bottle brand standards and high foot-traffic durability.
The Booysens workshop cut and edged the floor-to-ceiling display carcasses, then fitted integrated LED strips so shelf spans could take bottle weight without sagging. Vertical timber slat cladding was fabricated in matched runs for checkout and aisle ends.
Glass-front premium spirits cabinets were dry-fitted before they left Koster Street. Refrigeration zones were coordinated to the same grid so chilled bays, wine aisles, and the timber-slatted POS counter land on one drawing set.
